COVID-19 GUIDELINES

We have taken steps to minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19 by requiring face masks and requiring temperature checks for all visitors before entry into buildings. We are also reducing occupancy at Greenwood Rising to 20 people per tour to limit the risk of exposure.

All visitors should follow these guidelines while visiting the exhibits:

  • Individuals experiencing an elevated temperature or COVID-19-like symptoms are asked not to visit the exhibits

  • If adequate social distancing is not possible, visitors are encouraged to wear protective face coverings

  • Visitors should follow any directions given by building security personnel during emergencies such as fire, medical and severe weather

  • No alcohol, smoking, or unauthorized weapons are permitted in the facility

  • Please be mindful of the safety and well-being of all of our guests, therefore we ask that when indoors all persons please wear a mask.

Please note: Greenwood Rising officials may deny access to, or eject from the building, any person whose presence threatens the safety and interests of the art and its visitors.

All visitors will be provided with hand sanitizer, latex-free gloves, and sanitizing wipes to go through the museum with less risk. We are replacing some exhibits with "no-touch" options for access. We have also installed UV lights to kill bacteria and contaminants in the space on a constant basis. If you have additional questions or concerns, please email us at contact@greenwoodrising.
